Calculating Arena titles for my battlegroup.

So me and my friend found out today that our 3s team might be getting a rival title or even duelist and we wanna push the rating a little more. Can someone tell me what would be Duelist or rival on shadowburn. According to the ladder there are 1998 teams and i know duelist is like top 3%? just trying to crunch the numbers would appreciate some info.
