tomorrow you can only buy 476 season 13 pvp gear with honor right?
the existing 483 will stay the same?
so playing field not leveled?

so tomorrow can buy 476 or 483 level pvp gear with honor?

The resilience on the 476 stuff has been increased to be on par with the 483 stuff. The only reason they implemented the change was so you could not farm a full set of honor gear and queue for the new Throne of Thunder LFR.

oh i just noticed the bast stats of 476 are lower, but pvp power and resilience are higher, so they are about the same?

but it has boosted power and resil, so it's equivalent to the 5.1 483 gear.

Can you get it tomorrow? or in a week when the season starts. I thought even the new pvp honor gear isn't till the season starts.

Wait, okay - so MoP touched down with three armor sets. I'll use the DK as an example.
Green - honor
Blue - conquest
Red - conquest elite.
With 5.2/new season, is it going to be
Green - crafting
Blue - honor
New gear - conquest?
My point being that I really wanted the blue set from this season - is it going to be purchasable with honor in the next season?
