Would the Horde ever accept a Human as their Warchief?

If a human were to "defect" to the horde, and became a powerful figure, would the horde ever accept him to be their Warchief?

I think it would be brilliant on the horde's part because the human would know much more about the alliance, and everything about them to give the horde a better advantage over their enemies.

In my opinion warchief who is rich in potassium would help horde enter new era.

I hate when horde fanbois think that thrall was this almighty powerful shaman. When really, he was as ordinary as any other shaman can be. He pretty much was a human, but he wanted to appease his horde "brethren" hence his short lived reign as their warchief.

Orcs and humans have never really gotten along, the most they've had are temporary alliances against a common enemy followed by begrudged truces. (which still include border disputes)
The average human and average orc dislike each other, only a handful of old vets or people like Thrall, Etrigg, or unaligned people like Tirrion seem to be able to get along well. It's pretty unlikely the bulk of the horde would ever tolerate human interference in any even remotely significant echelon of orcish government.

Well Anduin has turned out to be pretty much a pussy so far. He and all his "we are more than this" rhetoric when you do the white prince quest to get into the vale is just plain retarded. So it wouldn't surprise me if he defected and went to join the coward horde.
