    Its a bug with the que timers, the actual time I waited for the que to pop was 8 minutes with the timer having a 2 hour wait time

    Are you really taking THIS much to enter the BG, or is it what you see as the estimated time?

    During the holidays the estimated time for my BGs was 1+ hour, but queue usually called in 12-13 minutes.

    Which is already bad, mind you... But 2 hours would be ridiculously long.
