    Glyph of mind spike bugged?

    Yoyo!

    I've noticed I don't get the 50% cast speed on MB when using FDCL/Glyph of mind spike.
    Anyone else noticed?

    It's a change in 5.2. GoMS only procs off on non-instant Mind Spikes now (I.E. hardcasted). It is a PvP burst change that is a minor nerf to PvE.
