Addon to track CDs?

Hi guys,
recently I watched a pvp video and when hes cooldows were ready to use again, the skill icon would appear on the center of the screen. For example Mind Blast, a fear...a shield.
Since I sometimes forget that some cooldowns re-use ended, this could be usefull for me and other people.
Do you know which addon it is please? thanks

Power Auras hasn't been updated past WoW 4.3. Most people have switched to Weak Auras

it's omnicc, it has an option to splash the icon of cooldowns that just finished in the middle of your screen.

nvm, omnicc pulses on the button, not the middle.

omnicc just shows your cooldown on your Keybindings. and maybe pop abit up?

Fortexorcist has an option like that. It's a bar where your abilities / trinkets etc go from one side to the other (right to left usually) with time-stamps put out marking how long it's left. Then there's an option that makes it so that when an ability reaches the far left side (when it comes off CD) it flashes the icon in the middle of the screen, personally I don't use this particular setting, but I used to.

omnicc just shows your cooldown on your Keybindings. and maybe pop abit up?

If it's a flash of whatever ability comes off cooldown in the middle of the screeen, it's most likely Doom Cooldown Pulse. Otherwise probably a configured weak auras.
