    Gaming computer build

    Budget - Around $600
Games / Settings Desired - Specifically for World of Warcraft high to ultra settings.
    Country - United States
Parts that can be reused - None
Do you need an OS? No
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? I do not need any of the aforementioned items just the PC itself.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Pick battles big enough to matter, small enough to win.

I would extend the budget slightly (if you can of course) to include the i5-3570k:

    CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($223.79 @ Amazon)
    Motherboard: ASRock Z75 Pro3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($76.99 @ Amazon)
    Memory: Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($42.39 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: XFX Radeon HD 7850 1GB Video Card ($159.99 @ Newegg)

Since you're not running an SSD I would recommend a faster/better prforming HDD like this (but again will push the budget higher):

Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB $79

Likely won't matter for WoW but a 2GB model of the GPU might be worth getting, if not no big deal:

    XFX Radeon HD 7850 2GB $180-200

If you're sticking with the locked CPU you can change the motherboard to save some money:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

    CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock B75M-DGS Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($58.97 @ Newegg)
    Total: $238.96
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Lastly if you have a MicroCenter near you you can get the i5-3570K for $190+ tax and then you get $50 off on the motherboard as long as you buy them at the same time.
