Lei Shen Strategy Help

My guild is currently working on Lei Shen and nothing up to this point has baffled us like he has. Right now were currently working off the angle that you dont want to let any of the pillars get leveled up by his electricity channel in his main phases, and was wondering if anyone out there thats got him down can maybe share some of their wisdom with us. We cant seem to make it through a transition Successfully.
Our team is:
Brewmaster
Gaurdian Druid
Mut Rogue
Aff Lock
Demo Lock
Surv Hunter
Feral Druid
Boomkin
Rsham
Frost DK
Holy Pally
Disc Priest

Level up the Diffusion Chain Conduit at the start to level 3 then move to the Static Shock Conduit. At the start of Intermission #1 you need to:

spread > group > spread > group

1st spread = avoids Diffusion Chain
1st group = groups to split dmg from Static Shock + avoid Overcharge
2nd spread = for Bouncing Bolt
2nd group = groups to split dmg from Static Shock + avoid Overcharge

Afterwards go to the Overcharge conduit and level it up to level 4. After this go to the Bouncing Bolts Conduit and level it up until you hit 2nd Intermission

Follow previous guide of spread > group > spread > group (for the same reasons)

Now in p3 you'll have both Diffusion Chain + Overcharge inactive. Stay in Static Shock and spread. When Ball Lightnings appear feel free to group and you'll win the encounter.

We just never let him level up any pillars. For the intermissions we split up into 4 groups. Everything should be pretty straightforward. We took out North pillar first, what you take out next doesn't really matter.

hey guys just lettin ya know we got it, we ended up letting the static shock get highest and butnot let anything level up in p1 then in p2 we saved lust by letting the chain lightning tower go up a level and get to 90 then did it like p1 again thx for the help all and hopefully this will help someone else having troubles with it too.
