Has WoW removed the speed limits?

Last few days when I load the site it either won't load and I get asked if I want to view a cached copy or it's just really slow loading. Sometimes a fix is restarting the browser (Chrome). I was just wondering if it's just me?
Only thing I can remember tinkering with was blocking some IP's for better Youtube connection but I have removed those and reset my firewall adapter settings so it shouldn't be doing anything.

Don't really notice a difference with normal, but it's relatively slow anyway. Have seen someone else mentioning the site has been loading slow the last few days for him.

On occasion it has definitely been slower - though it's good right now.

Sometimes have that aswell, but not only MMO. Guess it's a Chrome thing.

These are more like spikes when loading it, it's like is pauses for a long time and then either loads or fails. If you don't see any page loading fails then it's likely on my end?
Similar results on Youtube lately, either the video won't load at all or the video plays like 10% then just skips to the end. I'm not saying those two issues are related but I figured it's worth mentioning.

I've barely been able to access the site at all. Had to flush the cache to even get this far. They do something new recently?

could it be the ads making load times slow? i often use adblock and i am fine

Yes it is slow, day and night, occasional timeouts. Also using Adblock.

Could be Chrome or location/ISP based. Fine for me using Pale Moon (a Firefox variant) in Edmonton, Canada.

Sometimes loads slowly, seems really random works for the most part though.

when i first go to load the site it loads really slow. once im on the site however it loads just fine when opening links from the site. firefox user here.

It loads as fast as can be. Perhaps it's your ISP that's acting up?

Times out here aswell, and loads slow. No downloads, speedtest runs go just fine.
