any chance you could swap the brand of the PSU? (thermaltake isn't that reliable)
if you could upgrade the cpu to a 3570k instead and toss in something like a evo 212 cpu cooler it should meet your performance requirements. (toss in some minor overclock on the cpu +- 4,2 Ghz orso, rest is a cakewalk)

The PSU is pretty good, but 700w is just overkill if you aren't planning to for SLI.
If you could change the CPU to a K model with a 212 EVO to overclock it 4.3-4.4GHz then your demands will easily be fulfilled.
Change motherboard to Asrock Extreme 4 for a tiny amount more, worth it.

This is a build I would be looking at (its about $20 more expensive if you want to keep the 660ti), the build you linked above would be capable but seems like money wasted and when your spending that kind of coin on a machine you may as well get the unlocked processor, 4.2ghz on a 3570k is pretty well a case of open bios, change multiplier to 42, boot windows.

    That case... eww!

Either spend that money on a quality case (corsair 550 or a fractal) or get a cheap, but good case (nzxt source 210/220)

Quality case? That case is one of the best cooling cases on the market which I do find extremely important in a case.
