Been playing the game and posting here since TBC. My recent experiences include 8/16 HC t14 and 4/12 ToT, in 10 man. I have raid leading experience in both 10 and 25 man environment. I come prepared, min/max to every encounter and enjoy playing with like-minded players focused on progressing into HC content without any petty BS but in a fun environment at the same time. I'm comfortable with either 10 or 25 man, and would prefer to stay horde but will consider anything. On that note, I will also be race-changing to troll with transfer.

Simple Math of Andorhal needs a hunter for a full-time 25-man raiding position. We raid Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-12:00am EST. We have completed 16/16 tier 14 heroic modes and 1/12 tier 15 heroic modes (as of March 12th).

Hey Elycee! [H] <Drunk In Public> of Zul'Jin is looking for strong ranged DPS for our 25man team. My pitch will be a tad different than most you'll see here since DiP is a limited schedule progression raiding guild. We raid 2 nights a week, Tues & Thurs, from 8:30p to 11:30p EST for a total of only 6hrs per week. Still, our progression level roughly matches your experience (7/16 HC T14, currently 5/12 ToT) so I figured it was worth posting. The guild dates back to Kara era, and mainly caters to adult, veteran raiders whose "real life progression" to careers, marriage, kids, and all the rest no longer allows for a hardcore raid schedule. What we lack in raw hours & in number of pulls we attempt to make up for with out-of-raid prep to maximize in-raid efficiency. That said, its a great group of folks, and we work very hard to ensure that its a fun, tolerant group of folks who enjoy the game and each other. On off nights, there's always drunken pvp or alt runs or some other craziness afoot; think "neighborhood bar" for an idea on the atmosphere.

Who We Are

A 10-man only Raiding Guild focused on progression and achievements. We enjoyed a very high level of success during the WotLK expansion, becoming the only 10-man Strict Guild worldwide to attain 100% raiding achievement completion, and we completed WotLK with a #1 World Achievement and #7 World Progression 10-man Strict ranking!

We are currently 1/13H in Throne of Thunder and finished 5.1 at #16 US for Raid Achievements and 15/16 Heroic progression, as well as server-first Glory of the Pandaria Raider.

Since the release of WotLK, we have solely focused on 10-man content for a variety of reasons, but primarily because our Officers & Members believe a tighter bond and greater challenge comes from the smaller core of players a 10-man raid environment provides. How We Manage Raids

At any given time, we try to maintain a constant roster of 11 Raiders, and those 11 Raiders are expected to maintain 100% attendance and will be part of our VCP system that manages Raid Rosters. While the full details of the VCP system can be found in this FAQ document {http://www.voximmortalis.com/vcpfaq/}, the basic summary of the system is as follows: All 11 active Raiders are rotated throughout the 10-man raid on a weekly basis, such that over the course of a 11 week period, each Raider will be able to raid 10 of those 11 weeks, or 30 out of 33 raids.

We strongly encourage applicants interested in becoming a Full-Time Raider to read through the VCP FAQ documentation completely.

Our History:
In one shape or form most of our raiders/members have been together since vanilla. We've always been competitive, but not to the point of taking the joy out of the game. We have always been on top 3 server progression throughout the years we have played together. We've settled in on a close knit 10 man and so far we're all enjoying it.

Raid Schedule:
Raid invites always start at 7PM Central Time. During progression we might extend the raid 30minutes to an hour if we are having good results on current content. We raid 3 nights a week, rarely 4 if raiders can make it during end boss progression.
