Chillblains STILL Broken

Was doing unrated WSG and chillblains never applied with chains or blast. Other threads on official forums say the same.

My chillblains NEVER applies to my enemy when using Howling Blast. Might be intentional for Howling Blast to not apply chillblains, or its a bug.

Has there been a server reset since the hotfix post? Probably have to wait for maintenance.

Server Reset this Tuesday cycle, I expect it'll go in fully then.
