Level 85 to power level BS via Ghost Iron Ore?

So I recently created a Death Knight hoping to power level Blacksmithing on her.

Well I thought I would level BS till TBC via Vanilla mats and then via Ghost Iron ore since its more economical.

However, I am currently level 62 and I see that Coren only teaches the BS power levelling reciepes to level 85s. So I was wondering if you actually had to be level 85 to power level BS?

Yep, need to be 85 at least, else you can't get them yet.
