Depends what you are aiming at. Just bgs, Rated bgs, Arena?

Warlock is very fun to PVP with but it is very average and many players will choose to associate with other classes.
Your best chance is either in 3V3 as affliction or R/BGs with destro.
As for 2V2 do it for fun, as locks are not the best class by far for 2V2.
1V1 it will be very hard to win against half-competent warriors or rogue.
Still personnally I like the gameplay very much.
