Grid being funny

I logged off to enable an addon, logged back in and my grid is acting strange



I can't see any any indicators when players are at full hp.

Tried disabling addons and all that jazz to no avail.

Was a misstake when I went over to grid again have been using grid2 but wanted to see the mana bars that grid2 cant which is so strange. Why cant grid have some easy way to manage the layout it does never work as intended. Outside a raid doing some worldboss it never shows all groups instead it goes from 2-4 groups. Doesnt matter if u have the 40man raid check or not.
