Razer Naga modding

Hello,

Has anybody done it before?

I am looking to change my Razer Naga 2011 blue leds to green ones, but I can't find much info about it.
Somebody said he "thinks" that the mouse uses one 5mm led and 0603 SMD leds.

Can anybody confirm this?

I haven't modded one, but a friend of mine has, and they do in fact use one 5mm LED and 0603 SMD LEDs. 5mm LED on the back palm rest and 0603 SMD's everywhere else.

To be honest, my friend sent his old razer back for warrenty issues and they sent him a brand new Naga 2012 edition with the Green LED's due to the fact that they didn't have any blue led original models for him at the time. If your still under warrenty i would check that as an option.

Unfortunately, my mouse is out of warranty, so I will do the modding.

How good r these mice neways? I use a 5 button, 2 on left 1 on right, with the 2 normal buttons, cant see having all those on 1 side.

Takes some time getting used to, but when you learn to use it you never go back, so goooooodddd!!!^^
