Problems with 2nd game installation?

So ever since the launcher updates, I haven't been able to properly launch my second installation of wow. It always runs the first one since it force opens the blizz launcher, even if I run the wow-64.exe file.

Has any one else come across this problem? I keep 2 installations on my computer... one at superlow graphic settings with no addons/everything disabled for camping stuff so it doesn't slow my computer. It simply launches my high quality (first) game install every time I run it.

Any help would be appreciated!

bump...trying with 32 bit and running as admin, still no luck
