    Will using Void Shift proc Angelic Bulwark?

    If used on someone and you are under 30% HP after the void shift, does it proc angelic bulwark?

    No it doesn't

    as you trade healthpools and aren't taking the dmg to drop below 30% as the tooltip says... rather annoying but working as intended
