Guild Wars 2 services? are they legit?

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum and been looking for Guild wars 2 karma farming service to build sunrise and found these guys here: *snip*
they seem legit and very cheap. Has anyone tried their services before? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Discussing other sites is fine, however discussing things that are against the games ToS/Eula and whatnot (such as powerleveling services, purchasing gold etc) is not. Closing this.
