Favourite as in the ones I like to play the most, not necessarily strongest:

Top: Rengar probably, but I don't enjoy top a whole lot. Also Nasus, but haven't played him yet after his buff, but I guess his gameplay is still equally relaxing.
Mid: Ziggs (do bind your laugh to one of you extra mouse-keys)
Jungle: Fiddlesticks (although I don't like jungling very much)
Support: Something aggressive, Lux/Zyra/Blitz. Haven't played Thresh unfortunately, but can imagine he's fun.
