Shadow Gear Help

So currently I have all s13 honor gear with the except of my head and shoulder pieces which are s12 conquest ilvl 483, non-upgraded. So I'm a bit confused if I should replace the s12 pieces with s13 pieces. I should save the s12 pieces and upgraded them come 5.3 when they reintroduce the upgrading right? Also, I have 3000cp, what should I start buying? Gonna start capping cp weekly now that I have time.

If I recall correctly, there won't be PvP gear upgrading.
As for your gear problem, s13 honor > S12 conquest 0/2. As for your conquest points, I prefer upgrading the chest first since it gives the most stats.

PvP Item Upgrades
Malevolent Gladiator’s Conquest (Season 12) items that have upgrades available are still upgradable at their original costs.
Dreadful Gladiator’s Honor (Season 12) items that have upgrades available are still upgradable at their original costs.
No other PvP items are upgradable.

I'll grab the chest though. Although I guess in the end they all give the same amount of stats per honor/conquest point.
