Addon displaying cc clearly?

Hi guys,
I could really need an addon that displays cc on friendly targets clearly.
Like the default ui shows little polymorph icon when a party/raid member is polymorphed but enlarged for example.
I don't want addons changing too much though I just want something barely changing blizz ui.
Help please?
