I just got 2p today and tested it

HR cost 21.6k mana and heal for 30k ( not count the 50%AoE heal )( gen 1HP at any target)
DL cost 21.6k mana and heal for 73k ( gen 1HP at Beacon target)
HS cost 9.6k mana and heal for 42k
in addition HS has an 25% increase chance to be critical , with buff it should be around 40-42% to be critical

without t15 2p
DL+HS 21.6+9.6 = 31.2k mana , heal for 73+42=115k
DL+HS 21.6+9.6 = 31.2k mana , heal for 73+84=157k [ HS Crit ]
DL+HS 21.6+9.6 = 31.2k mana , heal for 146+84=230k [ DL+HS Crit ]
HR+HS 21.6k+9.6 = 31.2k mana , heal for 30+42+(42daybreak) = 114k
HR+HS 21.6k+9.6 = 31.2k mana , heal for 30+84+(84daybreak) = 198k [ HS Crit ]
HR+HS 21.6k+9.6 = 31.2k mana , heal for 60+84+(84daybreak) = 228k [ HR+HS Crit ]

with t15 2p
DL+HS 21.6+9.6 = 31.2k mana , heal for 73+42=115k

Is it worth to cast HR instead of DL in case that we can pair it with next HS ?

in some situation that we need to burst heal the tank i think HR+HS is still worth using coz most of the time tank will be alone[ no one in 10y] so 100% of daybreak proc will go to the tank ( especially in the fight that boss has huge hit box )

If u got T14 2pc the mana cost of HR will be reduced by 10% ,so it will cost 19.4k make it even better to use HR+HS

2. The one problem is that the Daybreak heal diminishes for every player it hits, so for specific fights it would be great, but on others it could leave your tank needing more healing

Overall though I see no issues with your maths and with my t14 your numbers seem correct so go for it

3. Assuming no crits (and we can never assume for a crit) the numbers aren't that different, even in a perfect scenario. If you need to burst heal the tank you may as well go with DL unless you're absolutely certain no one else is in range.

Your method will pull out slightly bigger numbers in the situation where the tank is alone, so no harm there, but you do run the risk of the daybreak being shared and pulling the numbers down.

4. Even on a beacon target, HR+HS is a stronger single-target heal than DL+HS, even without T15P2. On a target without beacon, HR+HS is miles ahead of DL+HS.

With T152P it's not even a contest.

In fact, if you use EF effectively, even just the HP generated from HR - when letting the daybreak proc go to waste - makes HR a better single-target heal than DL.

DL is not a good spell.

The biggest problem with using HR+HS for 'burst healing' is that it takes half a second or so for daybreak to hit after HS has hit, which is half the healing of HS - which will providing most of the healing in that combo - so if you absolutely need to heal someone within a second or so (and you have infusion of light active, presumably, since otherwise you wouldn't be casting HR or DL to 'burst heal' in the first place) then DL+HS is better because it heals faster within that very small window, even if it heals slower on average.

I guess other people stacking on your target might be a problem, but at least in 10 man that never has been one for me. 25m could be a different story.
