Prot War Str Gems or Parry Gems

So google isnt turning up much help and Noxxic and Icy Veins and the like dont seem to answer this for me. I am hearing Str gemming for prot is far better than parry gems but these sites say otherwise. So of the 2 STR or Parry?

Neither. Red gems should generally be expertise/stamina. Never gem for str or parry.

Also, check the stickied guide at the top of this forum. And Icy Veins/Noxxic generally suck for this kind of stuff.

Yeah, I was gonna say Expertise as your Red stat, since the closer you are to Parry cap, the better your Rage gen will be.
