You can get quite a bit of them by doing the key of Lei Shen scenario but is there any other way to get them besides that and a arcane trove? They said they increased the LFR drop rate but 10 bosses + 10 tokens later. Only a single piece of loot so I need to restock >.>

Increased chance = ~30% chance in T14 LFR, so can still get strings of bad luck. In addition to being from the Treasure scenario and arcane troves, they can also be obtained from the chest you can find weekly on the island, and from the summoned bosses on occasion.

They increased the 5.0 LFR drop rate, it's at about 33% up from 15%, still pretty damn low.

You can get much more than 10 in a single run... Use keys as well, for burial troves. Just watch a video tutorial for optimal paths and use speed enhancers.

The lesser boxes from the summoned spirit mogus in the court of bones usually have them for me. Some of the champions of the thunder king have them as well, but since you do that in a party its a low turnout per capita.

This would make sense if the loot wasn't shared. If the champion drops 1 for you, everyone gets 1.

Two that I can think of - the "Incantation of X" mobs drop Fortuitous Coffers that can contain a couple of charms, and the bosses summoned by the Shan'ze Ritual Stones can also drop them.
