Expansion #5 - Featuring the return of the Legion?

For those of you that have not yet heard the Wrathion audio recently posted on the MMO-Champ homepage, it was mentioned the he (Wrathion) has forseen the return of the Burning Legion.

"The fires the once burnt the sky will return. The burning legion WILL find Azeroth."

Is this perhaps a hint toward the next expansion? Will the Legion bring their war to us?
