Install problem with Bioshock 1

Hello fellow gamers!

After having a good time playing Infinite, I thaught I'd give the first and second one a chance, as they seem good games!

However, I got a problem after installing the first one.

Now, I am french but I use steam in english, and the problem is, it instals the game in German, langage that I do not speak at all !

I have tried looking it up online, and de-installing / re-installing, it still instals the game in german, and I have no fucking idea why !
