I noticed venruki and ziqo ( a 2x 3k+ frost mage) were gemming int/mastery so I tried it myself and I noticed I do alot of damage. I was just wondering what your opinions were on this :P here is a video of 3 100k+ frost bomb crits on what I assume to be geared players with tyran weps because they have more health than I do by around 20k and they were playing with stat buffs.
