Why? Is there a reason?
Why? Is there a reason?
Because not enough interest.
I assume that once enough people express an interest in battle pets, MMO-C will prolly start one. Same with Hearthstone, if enough people are talking about it, they'll accomodate it.

Pet-Battles and Lore forum is all that is missing, I see a lot more lore discussion than pet battles tbh.
If anything though, I'd imagine they'd just expand Role Playing into "Lore and Role Playing" over a new forum for that.
It fits in too well. Pet Battles is pretty far out from any existing forum. It gets buried to hell in General Discussions as well, whereas the Lore threads stand up on their own.

The Hearthstone subforum does seem pretty deserted now, it was only really popular the first day/week. I think a lore subforum will be far more active, there are plenty of lore threads to be found in the general discussion. I'm pretty much repeating myself... said the exact same thing tons of times :P
As for pet battles, I personally don't see enough interest in it. What exactly is there to discuss? Who's the cutest pet? Who's the best undead pet? How many Pet Battles did you win? It seems that it can perfectly fit in a megathread.
The admins want to see a lot of activity on a particular topic before introducing a new forum. The best way to get a lore (or pet battle) subforum is to make good threads on it and encourage discussion.
I don't see why. Roleplaying is your character's story and lore is the game's overarching story; they're very similar in terms of theme. Although I know some people are interested in one and not the other, but it's hard to deny that their very similar topics.
