Something turns these guys. We know (via sound clips and the newly released Dark Heart of Pandaria vid) That Grizzle was NOT pleased at the end of the scenario. He even says, "We'll see who has Garrosh's back..."

I watched a vid this morning of the Secrets of Ragefire Chasm, a separate scenario related to the Ragefire chasm instance. You run it with the Gob Squad, who are already on Vol'jin's side. Lemme see if I can find it... ah there it is! As to when they side with Vol'jin, I dunno yet.
