ELVUI debuff problem

[Frostful]

i see the debuffs i can dispell on a unit frame no problem....

the problem is I also see a duplicate debuff in the center of the frame and its enlarged for example...

I will see Vampiric Touch along withmany other debuffs and then Vampiric touch will also again appear on that frame enlraged and in center

what causes that? how to remove it?

Cannot post on elvui forums because they ask a question "whats the name of this community" in order to post. I have no idea what the answer to that queston is
