I'm thinking it's Big Wigs... but how so? It might do with the emphasized mechanics' timers counting down but I'm not 100% sure.
This is really annoying in trying to focus, help is appreciated.

well you haven't stated what other addons that may cause this sound as as far as i know big wigs or other populour addons don't make any such sound as described. Are you using a headset etc? sometimes it can even be a sound driver issue as is the cause with my own but 2mins update and sorted again

its big wigs, anything with a range mechanic and your clumped up will make that noise to get your attention to spread.

So disabling the range module would probably make it cease?

Clicking the speaker icon on the proximity frame will mute it.
