Dogs are so fucking annoying though. With cats, you feed them, and clean out the litter box once a day to once every few weeks, depending on the temperament of the cat and that's it.

    Cats are completely useless assholes.

Feeding a dog and letting them outside is no harder than feeding a cat and cleaning their litter box. I'd rather let my dog outside than to clean a freaking litter box.

If a cat pees on something you might as well burn it.

What use do dogs have aside from being slobbering idiots that make a mess, and be dumb companions? Cats can do the latter, only difference is that they're fairly more intelligent.
And don't use the seeing eye dog or other shit excuses.. you're not blind. It doesn't apply.

You are aware that cleaning a litter box is easy as fuck, right?

And what cats do you know that pee on anything aside from in a litter box? Mine surely didn't.

Cats never fail to cheer me up.

The only time I had a cat pee on something, it was because she was sick and she had to be put down.

Dogs seem to crap and pee in their houses daily.

Maybe I've always just had experiences with the terrible dogs and the good cats.

    Likewise.

Let's be honest though, cats and dogs are moronic in their own individual ways. I just prefer cats because they cater to me in a way that I prefer.

pOO, us incessantly arguing over this shit will ultimately achieve nothing.

I often post from my mobile device, typos in my posts are 99% likely to be because of that.
All I would ever want and need is a hug.

If your dog is peeing and shitting anywhere but outside, you've trained them wrong or failed to train them at all. Same for cats.

Maybe you are just dealing with the wrong dogs. Mine are incredibly intelligent. 3 have taught themselves to fetch, give, and speak. One of my jackweilers does all of them without me ever saying a word.

I much prefer my dogs. They aren't annoyingly attention whorish like my cats are.

All the dogs I've encountered shits or pees in the house, especially puppies.

Plus, for me, with pets, I'm looking for something that I can stare at while it lives and not have to interact with it, unless I want to. Cats for the bill perfectly for me.

You're just mad that I am able to list reasons to back up my claims while you are not.

My friend's cat, my neighbor's cat, my mom's cat.

So is letting a dog outside.

My dog hasn't peed indoors since it was 10 weeks old, and even you peed in your diapers at that age, even more so kittens.

Also, I am by all means a fan of cats, but I could never love a cat like I love my dog. He's actually a friend, where as a kitten would only be something amusing to look at.

In other news, our kitten's eyes are beginning to open. It's probably my favorite part of puppy/kitten development.

My cat was my friend. My cat was literally the only thing I could talk to when I needed to. My cat was like a fuzzy, purring little therapist.

The only thing that was weird about her was that she kept trying to drag the mini rug thing we have just inside the house so you can wipe your feet outside. She would always manage to get it about halfway through the cat door before she'd put it back so she could go outside.

The mother turned out okay as well, Fallen?

You've obviously never had a dog though, I've had both, and I by far prefer my dog(s)
