I did it 5 times so far and honestly if I had more time on my hands I'd do it again, MoP is imo the best questing experience in WoW so far.
I'd recommend, if you're feeling bored, to do what I did from my third run through which is never skip a zone. It's easy to finish a zone before you get into it and then it can feel monotonous. But if you quest until you have finished a zone it's actually quite interesting and fun, good story lines in the zones.
If you do that, you ding 90 some time during kun lai so if you get bored you can mix it up by skipping to kunlai at 87 and then not skipping and so on.

Yea that firs bit of jade forest is a bit monotonous now, but it's not like the first bit of jade forest lasts very long, comparatively to how monotonous outlands, wotlk or cata zones feel, MoP is like a shining light in the distance for leveling new toons xD

For me it's the other way around, I'd rather do the Harrison Jones quests again in Uldum, though the start of Hyjal up to the part where Alysra dies is a bit meh now.
