I do. It's weird though, they didn't mention it in the WoW What's next panel even though it's a major change that will affect everyone. So I hope it's either a bug, optional or the level scaling in effect.

Eh, its this, or they could have cut the numbers and added K's to them all. Only thing I would care about with this is how it affects soloing

  3. #61283
Or they could've fixed the code. They're applying a bandaid to a bandaid fix for soloing.

I sure hope the item squish is happening. It's needed.

I often post from my mobile device, typos in my posts are 99% likely to be because of that.
All I would ever want and need is a hug.

Wait, you can't "solo" old raids anymore?

With the squish? Nope, but Blizzard found a solution. Undo the squish when you enter old content

The item squish is definitely not needed. You can use an add-on to shorten the numbers.

That depends on whether they can be bothered to scale old raids down.

    Dafuq? That's stupid.

I guess we'll hear more tonight, when they're going to explain.

    Hello people.

The item squish won't make MoP content harder than WoD content.

No, but it might make doing ICC/Ulduar and so on for mounts harder or whatnot

Than it would make MoP content harder, too.

The last thing I heard was that old dungeons and raids will be scaled down, too. This would solve the problem imho.

That's what I hope will happen but I have no idea, since I just read what As said and nothing else

No. That's not how math works.

You sure? Math is silly so can't be trusted!

Eh, it's needed for two reasons: 32-Bit systems lag when performing 64 bit operations, and the entire WoW backend was built 32-bit. They'd have to redo a bunch of crap for server-side 64-bit server calculations to not be horrendous.
