^^^ Let me put it this way, Ely. Even my friends, regardless of how well they know me or for how long, can't get me to feel better with their empathy. It just doesn't work. Really the only thing that helps me is to avoid thinking about it, and when thinking about it, to keep my mouth shut and trying to continue to ignore it, often through distractions.
