Rogue cannibalize macro

So I've been using a macro to put me in stealth while I cannibalize as an undead rogue. But a while back when I specced Subterfuge it stopped working. It does put me in stealth put cancels instantly and just remains for the 3 second Subterfuge is up. Anyone have a macro that will work? Seems to be working fine when I'm not specced into Subterfuge.
