Pretty sure that was the point. To show they weren't anti gay, just anti gay marriage.

Quite honestly, I always assumed that they'd done something like it a long time ago.

Sadly that wasn't the point. Though I like the bird analogy

It sounded like a good plan at the time.
It still is a good plan, just... better executed at the back of a bear bar.

    Congrats to France!

With the outcropping of countries passing legislation in favor of gay marriage, I'm very curious how this will impact the Prop 8 and DOMA verdict in June. Same goes for the Republicans all scrambling to get on the rainbow train before re-election.
That fabric softener teddy bear...oooh I'm 'a hunt that little bitch down.

Well, I doubt France will influence Republicans for the better. If anything, it will make Republicans more repulsed by the idea since France is currently a socialist country.

    Edit: Congrats to France. ^^

Unless we're lucky and SCOTUS makes a 14th amendment ruling on Prop 8.
'Twas a cutlass swipe or an ounce of lead
Or a yawing hole in a battered head
And the scuppers clogged with rotting red
And there they lay I damn me eyes

All souls bound just contrarywise, yo ho ho and a bottle of rum!

That is a stereotypical color lol. They could of picked any color it just happened to be pink. The women were wearing pink and the men green (to symbolize man and women) and they were handing out the 2 shirts (the pink rolls in their hands). And the bold quotes are from a gay news cast criticizing their whole "anti gay rally"

Even if they were supporting "gays" just not gay marriage they did it in a slander way. Everyone assumes gays like to be gagged and wear colorful pants...

That just means gay marriage bans would be unconstitutional, not that it's suddenly legal everywhere.

Yes, there's a legal gray area.

Yeah, but a ruling on 14th amendment grounds would ensure quickly won legal battles for full legality. A 14th amendment precedent on gay marriage set by the Supreme Court would be impossible for a lower court to ignore.

lol the world is granting freedom to the homosexuals and the zealots have fewer places to escape to once the inevitable comes to their state.

I don't really care if gay marriage is legalized or not because it won't affect my life in any shape or form but goddamn the butthurtness from anti-gay people is hilarious. It seems to be trend nowadays to get offended and buttmangled from everything ever. Chill pills, take them.
