Do you consider the Horde to be "the bad guys" or is it more complex?

I did Nalak crossrealm today and when tried to use coin the coin roll interface started spinning endlessly ending in no coin, no gold and no gear.
Looks like lots of ppl had this problem when they were phased into a dif realm doing a world boss.
Fix please? fixed already? Any info?
