Voting glitches recently

After clicking Vote button, you are redirected on 'You have already voted in this poll' error page instead of results.

Does it happen on every poll, or was it just one that happened to glitch (and can you link that thread if so)?

had that a week ago as well, tho cant remeber the thread.

I was sure i didnt already vote there, and when getting this screen i didnt know if my voted counted or not.
I know this doesnt help much but still providing the info.
