    Yes you can change your quantity at checkout. I did that myself and worked just fine.

    They should do like a random lottery for tickets or something the whole refresh the website thing is dumb especially since its online. People can use scripts to completely automate it and get an unfair advantage.

    You can definitely change the amount at checkout. When you are asked to enter your credit card security code, on the right hand side there is a shopping cart entry for the tickets. Change the quantity, hit update, and make sure the total price reflects your change.

    Then Checkout.
    Help control the population. Have your blood elf spayed or neutered.

    Tell me more about these scripts and how I can use them to my advantage the next time I'm able to go to BlizzCon (Couldn't go this year, was trying to get tickets for a friend who got them anyway)

    Taking the time to enter a quantity before you click "add to cart" pretty much guarantees you won't get a good position in queue.
