Will a server and faction change reset lfr and/or raid lockouts?

It will reset LFR, but it shouldnt reset raid lockouts.

Not sure about LFR but sure about raids since Firelands and the corean guild who switched faction to get a Shannox world 1st.

It does.
It encourages top guilds to transfer for extra loots.
$25*25 is a lot money.

Transferred servers a few weeks ago and my raid/LFR lockouts were not reset, neither were my dailies.
Not sure about faction changes.Stormrage US | Aesryn

Except it doesn't and hasn't since 4.2 when a guild tried exactly that to get the Heroic Shannox world first.

My previous guild did transfer to another realm during DS (could have been end of FL) and we got lockout reset. Both for DS and FL saved me 1 week of legendary grind for staff. Originally Posted by ViridianCC

I went from Alliance on US-Kilrogg to Horde on US-Mannoroth. It did not reset any of my lockouts, valor weekly cap, dailies, etc.
This no longer resets anything, you will still be locked.

Just two days ago I went from Alliance -> Horde and to a different server as well. Different battle group.
My raids were NOT reset, my LFR was NOT reset, and my world bosses were NOT reset.

During Cata, it still worked. It doesn't anymore.

I cleared Throne of Thunder Friday on normal mode.
Saturday I realm and faction changed to another server in the same battlegroup.
My lockouts for Throne reset, and I was able to raid a fresh copy of the instance this evening. My LFR locks/world bosses didn't reset however.

Didn't even work for me and my entire guild back in 3.3, don't know why it should work now.

Transfered my guild two weeks ago and that was the first thing I checked. Answer was no on all counts.
There is no Bad RNG just Bad LTP

It is random.
Top guilds will transfer for extra loots. Spend $25*25.
If it does NOT reset, they transfer again. Another $25*25.
Blizzard is very good at milking.

It used to, but it does not anymore. Your LFR lockout and valor will remain what it was.

I just faction&realm changed 2 weeks ago and all of my locks were reset including ToT.LFR stayed the same however.

I seem to remember a guild doing this AFTER the Shannox thing and it worked for them. They just realm changed too.
