DP and Insanity take priority. If you can't refresh before the proc wears off then don't worry about it. If you can, then great.

It resets the haste to your default value, not your current. So you would have PI'd DoTs rolling, an app would hit, add a tick, and wipe out the haste buff from it even if you still had PI up.

Noob question. Why is everyone opening with Fade? Is there a default threat > 0 before the Boss is even pulled?

Personally I do

Pot > engi gloves > MB > bezerking > sf > vt > sw

I open with MB regardless of orbs, then DP if 3 orbs already. That's because I pre-cast/fade, and by the time I finish MF-I, the MB CD is already up again. And MB is strong... so yeah.
