    Is this build good?

I am helping a friend to build a PC and we are a bit new on this.

Could you please let me know if this could work without any trouble?

The rest of components will be get apart in other place, but we found a quite cheap store with this options, we think there are no problems with the components... ?

If it helps, this is the site where you can configurate your PC, where we are getting it. It's spanish but the comps are the same name as english I believe.
    The budget is around 300E

    Not particularly.

My first concern is that the motherboard doesn't support the CPU. As far as I'm aware, the N68C's only support up to 95w CPUs, and the that's at least 125w-140w.
The power supply is likely just a firecracker.

You're better off providing a location and budget, and we can try and help.

Would go for FM2 board and AMD A10-5800k processor then without graphics card and use the integrated graphics only. Also if he doesn't need much diskspace get SSD instead of HDD, 120GB SSD costs about the same as 1TB HDD today.

Also that CPU heatsink is totally unnecessary, it looks something that performs the same as the heatsink that comes with the processor boxed.

That website... Honestly has either overpriced parts, or crappy parts. I'd not recommend buying from them if you can help it. If he just needs a cheap system, maybe just buying some prebuilt or a used system might be better
