    Question Have all recent Resto changes been 5.2 hotfixes?

    I have not payed much attention to Resto changes in the last month or two, but i would like to try the spec out now.

    However it seems there are no changes for Resto in 5.3 PTR notes, so i assume that all the recent buffs that were mentioned are hotfixes and are active on live servers?

    Yes, they have all been tooltip fixes for the 5.2 hotfixes.
