Questin about GTX 670 MSI Power Edition

Is GTX 670 MSI Power Edition enough to give 60+ constant fps in bf3? (1920x1080 no aa, and other settings high).
Planning to get Asus VG248QE 24" (144hz tn monitor), so i want to get the smoothness of high hz monitor!

Or should i wait about a month and go for gtx 760 maybe?

Not interested about gtx 680/690/titan, because of their 500€+ pricetag.

a good overclocked 670 can manage full ultra with dips to 50 fps.
however if you can wait for the refresh aka 760(Ti)/770 it is likely worth it due to lasting longer.

Don't mean to be capt. buzzkill here, but a 760TI = GTX 670. Same shader unit amount, same bandwidth and memory size.
You'll have to save up for a 770 then, which will probably have a 400+ euro pricetag (for reference models).

How long usually it takes to msi asus etc... to launch their cards after reference cards are out?
Not really interested buying non reference card.

Did you read what i just wrote? If you're iffy about the 500 euro pricetag, what is your budget then?
MSI, ASUS etc also release reference cards. I have no idea when their custom PCB cards will release.
