1 Get rid LFR
2 Make first 4 raid bosses puggable

3 More 5-man heroic dungeons
4 They drop last tier's gears, so Pugs can run the first half of raid
5 More craft/boe gears, so Pugs can run raid easily

6 Get rid heroic raid
7 25M drops slightly better gear than 10M (7 ilevel difference)
8 25M and 10M have different lockout

The current model is very hostile to the returning players.
If they miss the launch, they miss the whole expansion.

I know it will not end well when I learned that you have to do Golden Lotus/Shado-Pan dailies to buy Valor gears.
Shado-Pan and August Celestials are gated by Golden Lotus.
