5.3 Catch up?

Is that being implemented in the 5.3 patch, and will i be able to make up for all the points I didn't get this seasons patch? I stopped pvping on my wind monk because i couldn't find any partners and my RL friends don't dont want to play with a monk. Anyways, i'm going to try Heal Monk next patch and need this info. Thanks.

It is in 5.3, and you only get a fraction of the cp you missed. If you capped on your monk before then you will not get much of a catch-up bonus (if any).
