Are the people who pvp on trial accounts in the same queue as people who are leveling, or are they in a xp off bracket? I wanted to make a level 24 on my account if queues pop up.

Depends if they're already level 20 or not. If they're level 20 (max lvl for trial accounts) then they're put in the 20-24 EXP OFF bracket. If they're below level 20 and haven't locked their exp yet, then they're in the normal leveling non-twink bracket.
