I haven't watched the video but, is it not likely he's just spamming both? I always mash '5' (ss key) while I'm casting.

Yeah pretty much this. And obviously to maximize I usually do a step forward to sometimes stopcast wrath/starfire.

These macros are horrible, and encourage bad gameplay. It's really not that hard to keep track of your Starsurge proc's, and not being able to queue the next spell feels clunky.

can't get the hard nuke macros to work

/castsequence Starfire
/cast Starsurge

- spaming this only casts Starfire,
- pressing it once wait till next spell ready on - casts Starfire
doing the above with shoot starts actively up also only casts Starfire

How is this macro intended to be used correctly?

Why don't you guys just use a cancelqueuedspell function and spam your SS key while casting your other spells

If you're a spammer like me then this is awesome for when you accidentally queue up another spell during say Bloodlust and get an SS proc. Just spam your SS key the entire time your casting
